The following development applications have been submitted for review and are tentatively scheduled to be heard at the February 13, 2012 Plan Commission meeting.

MISCELLANEOUS
 
1.  Consideration of the application of Benchmark Signs, requesting approval of a variance to Section 30.105 of the City Sign Ordinance regarding a freestanding sign setback. The property is located at 4406 Broadway Boulevard. (File SV 12-02)
 
2.  Consideration of the application of Woodland Graphics, requesting approval of a variance to Section 30.109 of the City Sign Ordinance regarding a freestanding sign setback. The property is located at 1702 North Jupiter Road. (File SV 12-03)
