Reservations: Call 972-205-2750 or any of the Recreation Centers for Athletic Field Rentals or use PLAY ONLINE RESERVATION System. Play allows you to register for classes, camps, trips, programs, and make pavilion bookings, ball field bookings and make payments on your family account from the comfort of your home, 24 hours a day.

Athletic Field Reservation Policies
1) When not in conflict with PARD programs, and or use by the various athletic organizations, outdoor athletic facilities will be available for paid reservations per the following guidelines:
a) Advance requests for reservations shall be accepted up to thirty (30) days prior to the reservation.
b) All reserved facilities shall be used for recreation and not-for-profit. Admission fees for spectators and/or participants at the reserved facility will not be allowed without PARD approval.
2) Payment must be received at the time of booking any rental reservation.
3) Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:
a) If lessee wishes to cancel, the reservation form must be signed indicating desire to cancel and must be received at least one week in advance of scheduled use date, and a refund in the amount of 75% will be made. If cancellation notice is given less than one week from event, all rental fees will be forfeited. If the Parks and Recreation Department initiates cancellation due to facility maintenance, staff will secure an alternate site (if available). If unable to do so, lessee may reschedule or receive a full refund.
b) No refunds for unused reservations will be issued; however, rainouts may be rescheduled on a space available basis. You must notify the Parks and Recreation Department within two (2) business days to reschedule your rainout.
4) Advance reservations may be made by telephone (972/205-2750) using your Credit Card or at the Parks & Recreation Department Administration Office located at 634 Apollo Road, (Coomer Park), Garland, Texas 75040 or any Recreation Centers. Reservations may be paid in cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover or by check, payable to: “City of Garland.” Cost - $15.00 per hour.
Athletic Field Reservation Procedures
1) Cost: $15.00 per hour
Payment by major credit card
Cash and checks accepted at Recreation Centers and PARD Administration office. PARD reserves the right to not accept bills larger than $20.00 due to availability of change.
Reservation is for the athletic facility only. The park grounds area and all other park facilities will remain open to the general public.
Reservation times: Sunday through Friday from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Saturday from 8:00 am – 9:00 pm.
2) Lights:
May only be used with a PAID reservation.
Lights are turned OFF upon completion of reservation unless another team with a PAID reservation is waiting to practice.
Lights must be turned off at 10:00 pm following 9:00 pm reservations.
3) It is the RESPONSIBILITY of each team to check condition of field. The PARD Athletic office WILL NOT have this information.
4) Restrooms: Portable restroom units will only be available at reservation sites from April – July.
